Another encouraging sign....

After my 4 egg white, tomato and onion breakfast (oh yes, 2 slices of bacon too) and two cups of coffee, I proceeded to the gym (again) and worked my tail off (again).

The latest tally.....

Now, I don't want to sound cocky but....

WHERE IS MY PRAISE, DAD? YOU OWE ME!!!!!!

Oh, and yes, there is a possibility that I might be able to run when I get to Florida instead of using the elliptical. We'll have to see how my right calf is healing. :-)

Wilt Chamberlain was the luckiest guy during his time on the basketball court. No other player was even close to him in height. Every ball passed to him at about 12 feet height was caught by him under the basket (or over?)and dropped into the basket at ease. Great player! Maybe the greatest ever considering no one could jump 12 feet to block the pass. That quality made him the highest scorer in one game at the NBA, 100 points! No one will ever repeat that feat (for sure).
