Eat Like an Ethiopian, Run Like an Ethiopian.

I just recently ordered (thank you, Scott) a 24-ounce bag of Teff. Whole Grain Teff is the smallest grain in the world. Due to it's size the nutrients are highly concentrated. For centuries, it has been the food of choice for Highland Ethiopians, and a majority of runners in that region too. w The box arrived at my office today, with a hand-written note that said,

"Eat like an Ethiopian. Run like an Ethiopian."

Pretty funny.

So.....
Does this mean I might someday be included in this list?

That's amazing! The Ethiopians invented Teflon? I don't think that eating that material is going to make you run faster, unless you fry some greasy food in it and eat it.

And, for all intended purposes you forgot to include in your list the following names:
Casi Sekaga
Mucho Hueso Pauno
Moses Patalargai
Patrick Semea

And that's all folks!
