A Tempo Run Before The Tempest.

I ran another 3 miles on the treadmill at the LA Fitness in Farmingdale today. Did it during my lunch. Just zipped in, changed, ran my ass off, took a shower, changed, and went back to work.

It was a tempo run, because although my first mile was done in around 9 flat, my last mile was done in less than 8.
