Phase 2 has commenced.

Strength building, along with running, is about to begin. In phase 1, I was able to lower my base weight from 168 to 162.

This morning I weigh 160.8.

I already did 100 arm curls on each arm (15 pound weight, so let's not get too crazy here).
I will do some abdominals tonight, along with leg curls to strengthen my hamstrings. I plan to do abdominals every day (if poss.) along with the leg curls. The upper bod stuff I will do once every other day, but the arm curls every day when I wake up.

My legs are still sore and recovering from the Bronx Half-Disaster a couple of days ago.
