'Dem Hills

Hill work is tough. Hill work during 87% humidity?
Today was my first hill work session. Consisiting of mile long loops, half mile down, and half mile back up, I actually kept improving on each half mile regardless of angle.

I went down in weight to 157.6, (even 156.8) after the run, but I also had 2 slice of Pizza and an Ice Cream bar for dinner. uh oh.

Great! Pizza will really make you run, often.
You still need to lose a few more pounds. Keep eating pizza.
