Craigs List: WANTED. New Calf.


My legs are hardly sore anymore. But now that they are not, I can feel the source of injury. It starts from near my right achilles heel and goes all the way up to the upper part of my calf.

If this doesn't get better, I will schedule an appointment with Dr. Parisi (my sports doc guru) on Monday.




In the meantime, I've been putting together a schedule of daily activities, which incorporates stretching and body building in the morning, and running after work.

TIP OF THE WEEK: Even on slow days, warm up to stay comfortable. Adapt to an increased workload by walking for 3 minutes and then slowly jogging. A proper warmup leaves you feeling strong and comfortable by midrun, and it reduces your risk of injury.
